Intro Programming with Blocks

Order changes everything

"Turn left, move, move." "Move, turn left, move." Same three blocks. Same square?

The same three blocks, in two different orders.
Step 1 of 4
  1. The same three blocks, in two different orders.
  2. Order A — turn, move, move — ends up here.
  3. Order B — move, turn, move — ends up there.
  4. Different order, different cell.

No. The sprite ends on a different square.

The same blocks in a new order can end somewhere new.

The sprite runs each block from its current square. Turn first, and the next move goes in a new direction. Move first, and the turn happens on the new square.

Run both programs. Which one reaches the flag?
