Track Zero: Getting Ready for Computing & AI

Meeting AI, safely

An app answers fast and sounds sure. Is it right?

Loading lab…

Not always. An app can sound sure and still be wrong.

Some programs follow a fixed rule the same way every time. A calculator does. A fixed rule never changes.

An AI is a program that learned from many examples.

An AI learns from examples, and it can be wrong. The examples may miss some cases.

A sure voice does not prove an answer is right. Check important answers with a grown-up or a book.

Keep your name, address and photos private. Ask a trusted adult before you share anything.
